Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) 


+ If I want to change the color of paint in my unit is that allowed?

No renovations are allowed in the units. No exceptions!

+ If I want to bring my own furniture, is that allowed?

You are welcome to bring any furniture that you would like, all we ask is to be told ahead of time so we can assure that the unit is clear for you.

+ Can I pay weekly?

We are currently accepting weekly payments as a courtesy to those trying to get back on their feet. When you are transitioned over to an apartment unit rent is due on the 1st of the month. No exceptions!

+ What is considered an emergency maintenance or contact problem?

An emergency is defined as a maintenance problem that will cause a safety hazard to residents, or an imminent damage to property, so that fixing it cannot wait until the next business day.

+ What if the problem is urgent but not an emergency?

Please come to the office first thing the following morning so one of our agents can assist you.

+ Are there any restrictions on pets breeds or sizes?

We do not have restrictions on size or breed however NO animal with aggressive behavior will be allowed on property.

+ Is smoking allowed inside the units?

No smoking is allowed inside of the units.

+ What does the background check look for? What if I have bad credit?

It is basically looking for any type of sexual or violent crimes as well as extensive substance abuse issues. Credit will not affect the decision at all.

+ How long will it take to process my background check?

If completed and turned in to us by 3 PM Monday - Friday it should be the same day if not next morning.
